SEC Filing AI Bot (MLT GenAI Course)

An AI assistant that answers financial questions using real SEC filings. Built in the MLT GenAI course.

  • Built a full-stack Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system that retrieves real SEC filings and uses Claude AI on AWS Bedrock to answer financial questions with verified data instead of AI-generated hallucinations
  • Deployed serverless infrastructure on AWS including Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, and Cognito auth, with a React frontend for user interaction

Kanban Task Manager

Built the task management layer of a collaborative Kanban app as part of a 4-person team, owning the full feature from database schema to frontend board.

Key Features:
  • Implemented 4 REST endpoints in Spring Boot, including a status state machine validating task transitions
  • Designed a MongoDB task schema with fields consumed by search and activity feed features, enabling cross-feature data integration
  • Built a 3-column Next.js Kanban board that gets tasks by project and moves cards between columns in real time
